Bell Pepper Rice
A simple rice recipe with slight sweet and crunchiness.
- 1 Cup Boiled Rice (~250g)
- 3/4 Cup Bell Peppers julienned
- 1/4 Cup Red Kidney Beans (Rajma) Boiled
- 1 small onion chopped or julienned
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp Oil
- Salt as required
On medium flame place a pan and add oil. Now add onions and fry them until the raw smell is gone, next add bell peppers and saute for a min.
Add rajma, salt, pepper, soy sauce and mix.
Finally add the boiled rice and stir on a high flame till all the veggies, rajma and rice are well combined.
Switch of the flame and it's ready to serve.
Enjoy the rice with tomato ketchup or vegetable raitha.
